Horn Photo Service Times

Horn Photo's goal is to complete every order with the care and quality that your amazing images deserve. Our service times are based on the average production time required to meet that goal. You will be notified by email when your order is complete or ready for shipping. These times are meant to be considered as guidelines; actual production times may vary based on the time of the day the order was placed and the quantity ordered. Busy seasonal times may also affect service times.

In the case of funerals or other extenuating circumstances, the Horn Photo team will make every effort to accomodate your special requests for expedited service. Please include any such special requests in the comments section of your online order or email our production team.

Lab Hours

Horn Photo's lab hours are Monday through Friday, 9:30-7:00PM, Saturday 10:00-6:00PM, and Sunday 11:00-5:00PM (not including holidays). Feel free to email our production team if you have any questions. We will respond during our regular production hours.

When ordering multiple items, you will be notified when your entire order is complete. Service times vary by product, so you may want to consider placing multiple orders based on service times to avoid delaying delivery of complicated items.
